Davido reveals his biggest fear in life: Not knowing when to quit music

Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has opened up about his biggest fear in life.
In a recent video broadcast, Davido admitted that what scares him most is not knowing the right time to walk away from music.
He said it’s painful to watch celebrities who were once at the top fall out of relevance.
He revealed that if he had the opportunity, he would build a support facility for entertainers struggling with fame and its pressures.
Davido said, “If there is one thing I could build, I would build a therapy centre for people who were popular and very successful people. Because it is cr*zy to be on top of the world and the next moment you are not.”
The 30BG boss also used football as an example, pointing to how even legends are still criticized after achieving everything.
According to him, “Even in soccer, you win World Cup, Champions League and other trophies and people still don’t think it is enough. For instance, look at my good friend Ronaldo – after everything he’s done for football, they still laughed at him for exiting the World Cup.”
Davido added that he prays daily for direction so he doesn’t ruin the legacy he’s built.
“That is my greatest fear. I have worked so hard for me to come and spoil it with something. I pray to God every day to show me the right time to pack it up,” he said.
